William A. Boulware, Jr.
President
William Boulware establishes and nurtures
relationships between Native Land
Development Company and Native organizations
throughout the United States. Mr. Boulware
follows projects from inception through
completion, building public-private
partnerships, identifying and assembling
needed land and ensuring that each site
location maximizes its income potential.
Mr.
Boulware joined Native Land Development
after spending nearly a decade working for
the Ho-Chunk Nation as a Tribal Court
Attorney, Department of Justice Tribal
Attorney and Legislative Counsel for the HCN
Legislature.
Mr. Boulware is a graduate of Dartmouth
College and University of Wisconsin Law
School. He is admitted to practice law in
Wisconsin, Illinois, and the U.S. Court of
Veterans Appeals. He was honored with the
Chicago Economic Development Institute’s
Award for Outstanding Leadership and Service
in 2005 for his work with the HCN. |

Sharyn Whiterabbit
VP of Cultural Affairs
Sharyn Whiterabbit establishes and nurtures
relationships between Native Land
Development Company and Native organizations
throughout the United States.
Ms. Whiterabbit, an enrolled member of the
Ho-Chunk Nation, has a distinguished
background in Indian affairs, global
political activism and human rights. In
2005, Ms. Whiterabbit was selected by
Leadership America, a national women's
leadership organization, as one of the "100 Women Leaders" in the
United States. Ms. Whiterabbit has worked as a North American
Delegate to the Third Intercontinental Indigenous Peoples’ Congress
in Nicaragua, and a consultant in La Paz, Bolivia for the land and
rights of indigenous peoples.
Ms. Whiterabbit’s business and governmental
affairs experience led her into politics, where she served as
legislator for District V on the Ho-Chunk Nation Legislature. Prior
to her legislative service, Ms. Whiterabbit was a consultant for
Rapid Change Technologies. |

Timothy Brent
Development Director
Timothy Brent is responsible for site
selection, the acquisition and assemblage of
land parcels, entitlements and site design.
A 25-year
real estate veteran, Mr. Brent has overseen
more than $75 million in sales and
development, and the leasing of more than
11,000 rental units in the Chicago
marketplace.
He is a real estate broker licensed in
Illinois and a Certified Commercial
Investment Member candidate. He is also a
member of the Chicago Association of
Realtors, the National Association of
Realtors, and the International Council of
Shopping Centers. |
