The principals of the

Group are Thomas P. Seay and
T. Christopher Seay. Prior to
forming the Seayco Group,
Thomas P. Seay worked for
Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. for
twenty-five (25) years. Mr. Seay was hired by Sam Walton
and he retired from Wal-Mart
as Executive vice President
of Real Estate and
Construction World Wide.
Chris Seay also worked for
Wal-Mart in their
International Division and
was Chief Financial Office
for Wal-Mart Indonesia.
Since forming the Seayco
Group, they have developed
eleven (11) shopping centers in
various states that include
Arkansas, Oklahoma, Montana,
New York, Texas and
Tennessee. Most of their
centers are large centers
with tenants such as
Wal-Mart Super Center, Super
Target, Lowes, Home Depot,
Kohls, Belk Department
Stores and Federated
Department stores.
The Seayco Group is in a partnership with
THF
Realty to
develop shopping centers.
The principals of THF realty are
E. Stanley Kroenke and
Michael Staenberg.
