S&L Hospitality is a privately held hotel development and management company with offices in Madison, Wisconsin and Naples, Florida. The company was founded by long-time business partners Craig Stark and Eric Lund, entrepreneurs who have always shared a common hands-on philosophy and management style.

Long before the company was founded in 2005, partners Craig Stark and Eric Lund had a very long and prosperous partnership that included diversified real estate development and management, and a rock solid reputation for developing and operating first rate hotels. S&L Hospitality has extensive experience in the design, construction, and opening of hotels, large indoor water-park resorts, spas, and conference centers.

Today, S&L Hospitality employs nearly 500 and has hotels throughout the US ranging in size from limited service properties to full service hotels with restaurants, lounges, and meeting and banquet space. The S&L Hospitality team has prior experience developing and/or managing more than $800 million in hotels and resorts, indoor water-parks, high-end spas and a combined 92,000 square-feet of conference and meeting space.
