Carefully researched outfits have been fashioned to express the cultures of the countries-of-origin throughout our impressive Limited Editions. This year we have added one new face-sculpt and chose spectacular costumes that highlight Bulgaria, China, Croatia, France, Greenland, Iceland, Indonesia, Macedonia, Mexico, Nepal, Norway, Poland, Spain, Tahiti and a Native American Indian.

The magic of their creativity shines throughout our entire Name Your Own Baby® collection with its two new ‘face-sculpts’ and surprising combinations of color, pattern and texture. From a country cowboy to a sophisticated party dress…this year’s line presents the collector with an astonishing assortment of choices.

Six new characters have been added to our ‘Sandy’s ADORA-ble Friends’ line of storybook dolls. These six new playmates add an element of ethnicity to this happy group of traveling troubadours.

Adora is well aware of the challenges 2008 brings to the doll/toy industry, and the consumer’s concerns regarding products not manufactured in the United States. We can assure you our factory maintains complete control of our production process from start to finish and that our guidelines for safety and quality control are above the industry standard. We are proud members of the US Toy Industry Association and have earned the prestigious ‘Seal of Compliance’ from the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI). Our dolls also carry the European CE certification necessary for worldwide distribution.
