The
Choctaw Towne Center
is a nine (9) acre approximately 60,000 square foot
strip center, to be developed in two phases. Phase 1 of
the project includes nine (9) in-line retail store
fronts with five (5) distinct out parcels. Phase 1 will
include four out parcels and mid-size retail. Phase
2 will include the addition of two ancillary parcels
build-outs east and west of the Phase 1 in-line stores,
containing smaller retail and commercial space.
The Towne Center is located on the
south-side of 4-lane State Highway 16, just east
of the MS Choctaw Silver Star and Golden Moon Casinos,
within the MS Choctaw Indian Reservation. It affords all
tenants visibility from the highway, amenable access
into the property and ample parking. The Towne Center
has potential for expansion onto the adjacent 40 acres.
